Asker - C

DESCRIPTION:

ADIS Durometers Asker - C is made from special Aluminium alloy, which allows our durometers to be lightweight, without compromising their durability and strength.

The key benefit of our Durometer is the unique design of its transmission system, which allows us to use HSS (High-Speed Steel) Rods as Indenter (Contact point) which is then guided on Linear Ball Bearings and not on Bush Bearings like in most Durometers, as a result, the coefficient of friction is significantly lower while using the Durometer. Hence, results in smoother transmission and increases our Durometers sensitivity.

It’s designed to fit comfortably & firmly in your hand. 

It has a secondary red Drag Pointer which helps while measuring the hardness by following the main pointer and remains at the highest point until it is reset by a knob on the front of the Durometer glass.

It meets the JIS K 7312 and JIS S 6050 standards.

It has an Accuracy of ± 1 ACH

The indenter (contact point) is in Spherical ball shape with Ø - 5.08 mm.
